About Yuck Fou Studio

Yuck Fou Studio offers unique, handmade crochet pieces, including swimwear, accessories, and clothing. Each item is designed and crafted by hand with care and creativity.

 

Orders & Custom Items

Made to Order: Most items are made after your order is placed.
 

Custom Orders: We love creating custom pieces! Please message us on Instagram or via our contact form to discuss details.
 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 business days, depending on volume and complexity.
 

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are not accepted, especially for custom pieces.
 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (United States): Flat rate shipping of $10
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
 

International (Europe): Flat rate shipping of $30
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment

 

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
 

Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

 

Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers such as USPS and local postal services to deliver your order safely.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message so you can monitor your package’s progress.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

Returns are not accepted.
 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
 

Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis if the item is unworn and returned within 14 days.
